Leon and Rosalie – A new beginning!! Proud new owners of this amazing dealership, we are a local family of motorcycling enthusiasts. We aim to continue to provide an exceptional service to the Cairns riding community and build upon the outstanding offerring that is Northern Performance.

Max – Founder of Northern Performance. Continuing part time in the dealership to support and service all aspects of the business and customer base.

Linc – Workshop Co-Ordinator / Senior Mechanic. Linc re-joins the technical team in 2025. With 30 years experience as a qualified Motorcycle Mechanic, Linc brings a vast amount of experience from previous roles in Dealerships, Private Workshops, Tour Companies and his own Small Business. One of the most meticulous mechanics I’ve met, his knowledge and application to the trade are second to none.

Garth – Our latest edition! 25+ years in the Mechanic’s trade. Not only a highly experienced and qualified Motorcycle Mechanic, but experience in a broad range of other mechanical disciplines allows Garth to bring a wealth of well rounded knowledge to the team.

Owen – Mechanic; 30+ years of motorcycle, car and heavy vehicle mechanic experience. A wealth of knowledge and a superbly dry sense of humour!

Michael – Sales Manager; Northern Perofmrnace’s longest serving employee! An avid rider and long career in a variety of retail and customer service environments has lead Michael to to us allowing him to combine his hobby and work. Highly detailed knowledge of bikes, parts and accessories.

Dee – Sales; Retail service extrodinaire! Vibrant and enthusiastic about all your parts and accessory needs!

Thomas and Jacob – New vehicle assembly and accessory fitting specialists
